How does commuter swapping differ from renting your current home or permanent house trading?
Renting your home at current rental market pricing may leave you unable to cover your mortgage payments and renters generally don’t have a great incentive to maintain your property.
Permanently trading your home doesn’t always work if the properties are not of equal value and it can often be difficult to back out of if the deal if the property doesn’t turn out to be as advertised.
Commuter swapping is a more flexible option. You determine all the terms of the home swap.
